Finally got your Starlink ethernet adapter, plugged in but having issues to connect.

Disconnected dish at router and inserted Ethernet adapter: system says disconnected yet it’s connected!

Possible solution to fix Ethernet adapter not working & Starlink disconnected issue:

The first thing to try is to wait a few minutes as it takes a while to reboot and reconnect.

Go for a walk and come back later, you'll probably find it working.

If that didn't help then try this:

Completely power down.

Check that the plugs are fully inserted on the power side.

Turn it off for a few minutes.

It will probably work after startup.

Some people have tried another solution to fix the problem when the app says it was DISCONNECTED but you're not!

The potential fix of that is a simple reboot of your phone.
